I'm definitely not the jealous or possessive type. Relationships are very important to me. I enjoy meeting people and can hold good conversations, laugh and joke. I not only need to know what my partner's personal needs are, but what is needed from me as well. I think listening to a person's heart is just as important as listening to their words. I give respect first, but demand it in return. I'm up-front and honest. Being honest with people shows respect as well as self-respect in personal attributes. I value integrity, sincerity, confidence, discipline, consideration, reliability, loyalty, respect, self-control, giving, forgiving and love. I have a laid back and easy-going type personality, but I speak my mind when I have to. True strength is confidence tempered by humility, authority demonstrated by serving, giving unselfishly, forgiving unhesitantly and loving unconditionally. I believe listening intently and talking wisely are two sides of the same conversation; just like working hard and playing hard are two sides of the same lifestyle. I lead by example and judge by results.
